Our impact

Changing lives, one rural mum at a time.

Our programs and services are changing the lives of rural mums across Australia.

We've built a community where women feel seen, understood and less alone.

We provide preventative mental health support through peer connection and trusted information, while helping women who need more support find and access the clinical services they need.

Why it matters

Rural motherhood can be incredibly isolating

For a mum raising children in rural Australia, the nearest mothers group, health service or friend who truly understands can be hours away. Add the relentless demands of life on the land, where finding time for connection or putting yourself first can be hard, and isolation can take a real toll on mental health.
