Episode 62: Sal Bradford

About this episode

This week, I catch up with rural mum Sal Bradford who lives on a cattle station in central Queensland. Sal runs the Rural SheEmpire and is passionate about supporting the mental health and wellbeing of other rural mums. It comes after her own silent struggle with postnatal depression which left her desperate for a natural solution to help her feel like herself again. This is her story.
