NSW Hunter Valley Event

This October, we’re heading to Paterson to celebrate the International Day of Rural Women and the incredible mums who live, work, raise families and build communities across rural Australia.

We’d love for you to join us on Saturday 24th of October from 11.00am at Tocal Hall, Tocal Agricultural College, Paterson for a relaxed grazing lunch, drinks and meaningful conversation.

Our event will feature an incredible panel hosted by HIT NSW radio presenter and local, Jess Farchione,  with three mums from the region and beyond, discussing the highs and lows of rural motherhood.

  • Margo Duncan, owner of Boambee Angus and former chair of Tocal College Advisory Council
  • Sarah Sivyer, Farmer and Founder of Just Been Laid
  • Susan Wakeford, Former CEO of Red Meat Australia

Tickets are $75 per person (children under 12 are free).

Your ticket includes:

  • Motherland Gift Bag worth over $35, including the latest issue of OUTBACK Magazine for every guest
  • Complimentary welcome drink (including Boydell’s wine, if that’s your style!)
  • A delicious grazing lunch catered by Sprout Catering (including local beef from Allynview Farm!)
  • Access to a special pop-up marketplace of hand-picked retail stores and health providers

While this event is a celebration of rural mums, everyone is welcome – whether you’re a rural mum, know a rural mum, or simply want to support this important cause!
