Deniliquin Mother’s Day Fundraiser

Motherland is coming to Deniliquin, where we’ll be celebrating the incredible women of rural Australia this Mother’s Day!

We’d love for you to join us on Saturday 17th of May from 1.30pm at the Deniliquin Town Hall for a relaxed afternoon of delicious nibbles, drinks and meaningful conversation.  Our fundraiser will feature a panel discussion about the highs and lows of rural motherhood hosted by Motherland Founder and CEO Stephanie Trethewey, with four rural women from the region and beyond:

  • Emma Hawkins, Co-Founder, Home Grown Kids
  • Catriona Rowntree, Australian TV Presenter and Host, Getaway and Country House Hunters
  • Emily Small, Customer Engagement Officer, Murray Irrigation, Chair of River Region Early Education and Rice Growers Association (RGA) Board Member
  • Johanna Murphy, Owner and Director, Deniliquin Physiotherapy and Sports Injury Centre

Tickets are $85+GST per person. Children under 13 are free. Your ticket includes:

  • A welcome drink
  • Delicious canapés from The Crossing
  • A chance to win amazing raffle prizes

We are excited to connect with mums from across the region, share stories and raise vital funds to support isolated rural mums across the country. All proceeds go directly to Motherland, so we can continue supporting mums in rural and isolated areas across Australia. A huge thanks to all businesses for their generous sponsorship and raffle donations, we are so grateful for your support.

While this event is a celebration of rural mums, everyone is welcome—whether you’re a rural mum, know a rural mum, or simply want to support this important cause!

Please note: Tickets are non-refundable.

We can’t wait to see you there!
