About the position
Reporting to Motherland’s CEO, the Partnerships & Sales Manager will be responsible for helping to drive revenue for our charity through our existing sales streams, and the development of new and innovative partnerships. This part-time role demands a driven, energetic and approachable person who has a sound understanding of the role partnerships can play within a brand’s broader marketing strategy and a willingness to take the time to understand Motherland’s values and vision.
As a charity, we drive the majority of our revenue through our podcast, online program, and events. We need someone to take the reins and help us grow across these three areas. We are a tiny team, so this person will also assist Motherland with other ad-hoc marketing and admin support on a weekly basis.
This role is remote and because of this, the ideal candidate must be highly self-motivated, organised and able to work autonomously. While this is a 12-month contract, there will be the opportunity to extend this into a more permanent role.
Preference for candidates living in regional, rural, or remote Australia.
Responsibilities
- Drive partnerships and sales across Motherland with a particular focus on generating new business.
- Development of new external partner relationships and the management of existing ones.
- Develop targeted and objective led sales proposals
- Leverage data to articulate opportunities
- Make presentations to prospects and support the CEO with new business pitches and proposals.
- Champion the use of our CRM platform, and manage our database.
- Drive brand awareness of Motherland as a whole, and build referral pathways for Motherland Village.
