Motherland wins Innovate with nbn Award!

We are ready to start building Motherland Connect. “Motherland Connect” will be Australia’s first digital resource hub for rural mums, a one stop shop connecting rural women to the services they need to support their mental and physical health, along with services that can assist them in dealing with the additional complexities and pressures of life on the land.

Thanks to nbn, we’ll have the extra funding we need to bring Motherland Connect to life in 2024. This idea has been on our bucket list for so long, now we can deliver it.

This platform will further close the gap and reduce the isolation for rural women struggling to find the products and services they need across several areas – whether it is physical support locally, or telehealth/virtual support.

This project will also enable us to recruit a rural woman to help us manage Motherland Connect and the rollout. More on that very soon. We’ll also be putting a call out for businesses and services providers who want to be involved with the platform and listed as a member. If you support rural mums and rural families…we will help connect them to YOU.
